We ship both locally and internationally.

• Philippines: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 1–3 business days via trusted local couriers.

• International: Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and courier service. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final — no returns or exchanges for items with declared flaws, so please read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

However, if your item arrives with a flaw that wasn’t mentioned or shown, you have 12 hours from the time of delivery to contact us and send clear proof (photos and/or videos). If approved, we’ll process a refund and arrange the return.

We do not accept exchanges under any circumstances.
